    I wear custom made ear plugs molded to my ear shape. yall should invest in them. it was 160. you can still mix with them. they slowly turn down the decibles of hearing as the music gets louder and you can hear people talk to you clearly at the same. when the music is really low it barely blocks anything. perfect for djs. let me know if you need more info.

    protect your ears.
